Join us for a Christmas card making workshop with illustrator Rosie May to spark your imagination and creativity in this festive season.
In this workshop, you will be guided through the creative process of making your own Christmas card, inspired by the traditional song 12 Days of Christmas.
You will reinterpret it and give the song a modern twist with festive motifs and gifts, or perhaps themes that are humorous, or personal to you and whoever you’ll be giving the card to. Together, we’ll illustrate the song with all 12 days in a unique colour palette and you will leave the workshop with a one-of-a-kind Christmas card.
All materials for the workshop will be provided. You’ll be guided through the process by Rosie May who will share her illustration skills, showcase prototypes and support you in bringing dynamism to your design.
All materials will be provided:
- Blank cards to decorate
- Coloured paper for collage
- Pencils, pens, paint, brushes
- Scissors and glue
- Paper and pencils for sketching ideas
- And more items to inspire you!
Registration for the event is mandatory.
